Full Service Catering

We provide professional staff to set up and serve the menu at the party location. Please note the professional staff is paid separately and individually at the end of the event. Servers, bartenders & dishwashers receive $20.00 per hour each. Chefs receive $25.00 per hour each.

"Gourmet To Go"

Elite Fleet Catering Services, Inc. will drop off and set up food items at your affair location supplying you with the necessary serving equipment for your affair. We will pick up the equipment within 1-2 days following the affair. The Gourmet To Go fee is $50.00.

"Gourmet Pick Up"

You can pick up your food at our kitchen. Elite Fleet Catering Services, Inc. will prepare all of the menu items for you and supply you with the necessary serving equipment (chafing dishes, platters, etc) for your affair. We ask that you return all equipment the next day. There is no fee for Gourmet Pick Up. You can also request disposable containers.
